Jay Shapiro has done extensive computer consulting for me over the last few years. He is excellent. Examples include recommending and installing outlook, restoring and protecting my computer. He has also been a patient tutor, teaching me how to scan and attach as well as how to text. His backup technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their names are Mark, Brian, and Michael.

My laptop was running very slow. Looked up computer support on HomeAdvisor.com and Jay's business came up. He picked up my computer, took for a few days and worked on it. He cleaned up the computer so that it works a little faster. However, my laptop does not have a strong enough processor. He did the best he could do for the machine. We spoke about the issue and he took additional time to remote into my computer to analyze if any other issues existed. Recommendations were made, which I was helpful. Good service in my opinion.
